Teen Therapy

Being a teenager can feel overwhelming. Between school, friendships, family pressure, identity, social media, and trying to figure out who they are, many teens end up carrying stress they don’t always know how to talk about. Anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional outbursts, isolation, and feeling misunderstood can quickly start affecting daily life.

I work collaboratively with teens to help them better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more confident handling life’s challenges. My approach is genuine, relatable, and tailored to each teen’s unique personality and needs. When appropriate, I also work alongside parents to help improve communication and strengthen relationships at home.

Adult Therapy

Adult life often comes with constant pressure and responsibility. Work stress, relationships, burnout, self-doubt, ADHD, unresolved trauma, and major life transitions can leave people feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

Therapy provides a space to slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and better understand the patterns impacting your emotional well-being and relationships. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or the lasting impact of past experiences, therapy can help you develop healthier coping strategies, improve self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can become difficult when communication breaks down, conflict becomes repetitive, or emotional distance starts to grow. Stress, resentment, trust concerns, parenting challenges, intimacy issues, and life transitions can leave couples feeling disconnected and stuck in unhealthy cycles.

Couples therapy offers a supportive and balanced space where both partners can feel heard without blame or judgment. Together, we work on improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating conflict more effectively, and strengthening emotional connection. Whether you’re struggling with recurring arguments, feeling emotionally disconnected, or trying to repair and reconnect, therapy can help you move forward together with greater understanding.
